Samet Taşli

Samet TAŞLI is an accomplished Factory Manager at ILERI Group since June 2021, overseeing production, supply chain, and maintenance operations, and leading a team of 15 WC, 11 Team Leaders, and 135 blue-collar workers. Prior to this role, Samet held various positions including Production and Planning Manager at ILERI Group and Production Chief at Trelleborg Group, managing multiple production units and coordinating across departments. With a solid educational background including an MBA and MS in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University and Kocaeli University, respectively, Samet also serves as a Logistics Committee Member at TAYSAD. Samet’s expertise spans mechanical and automated assembly, logistics, and warehousing across industries such as agriculture, armored vehicles, and automotive.
