Selma Gülbeyaz, MSc, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, and communication across multiple industries. Since February 2012, Selma has held various leadership roles at Ersel Ağır Makine Sanayi, currently serving as a Board Member and Corporate Strategy & Business Development Manager, focusing on enhancing communication, PR, sales, and corporate identity while driving innovation in production technologies. Selma is also a Member of The Supervisory Board at TOSB Otomotiv Tedarik Sanayi and TAYSAD Taşıt Araçları Tedarik Sanayicileri Derneği since 2021 and has previously worked as a Business Developer at Gürsetaş Döküm.
