Jeff Wilkins

Jeff Wilkins has extensive experience in business development and management across various industries. As Co-Owner of Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Louisville since 2015, Jeff was the first franchisee in Kentucky, successfully expanding the brand to two locations within 24 months and overseeing key business operations. Prior to this, Jeff served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Lastique International Corporation from 1998 to September 2020, focusing on growth initiatives, brokerage, and engineering enhancements in the plastics industry. Jeff's career began at Phillips Petroleum, where advancement occurred through roles such as National Accounts Sales Manager and Engineering Manager from 1991 to 1998. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
