Arild Hildeman

Arild Hildeman is an experienced IT recruiter and key account manager currently working at TB-Group AB since August 2022, specializing in headhunting across various roles in the IT industry, and was recognized as Employee of the Month in September 2023. Prior to this, Arild held various roles at Viaplay Group, including team leader overseeing customer service representatives and managing key performance indicators.
