Pámela Rodrigues

Pámela Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pámela is currently employed as a Talent Development Expert at tb.lx by Daimler Truck since February 2022. Previously, they worked at Talkdesk as a Performance Enablement Manager from September 2021 to February 2022, as a Talent Acquisition Manager from January 2021 to September 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from December 2017 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sky Technology Centre - Portugal as an IT Recruiter in November 2017. Pámela also has experience as an IT HR Consultant at Kelly Services from June 2016 to December 2017, and as a Junior Consultant at Neves de Almeida | HR Consulting from August 2015 to May 2016. Pámela has further worked as a Researcher at Global Partner Consulting (Executive Search) and as an HR Consultant at New Work Recruitment, both in 2015. Pámela's earliest listed experience is as a Project Manager at Associação Humanitária de Mulheres Empreendedoras from February 2014 to November 2014, where they managed the Equal Rights & Equal Duties Project and contributed to various gender equality initiatives.

Pámela Rodrigues pursued their education in various fields throughout their career. From 2007 to 2012, they attended the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Lisbon, where they earned a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral and Integrative Psychotherapies. In 2013, they completed a Specialization Course on Gender Equality at DLC – Distance Learning Consulting. The same year, they also obtained educational training for trainers (CCP) at DLC – Distance Learning Consulting. In 2014, Pámela completed the Initial Training in Psychotherapy and Psychological Counselling in LGBT Issues at ILGA. Continuing to expand their knowledge, in 2015, they underwent a course on Psychological Intervention in Disaster Situations at the Order of the Portuguese Psychologists. Additionally, they completed two online courses: "International Leadership and Organizational Behavior" through Coursera – Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and "Project Management: The Basics for Success" through Coursera - University of California, Irvine. Pámela further enhanced their skills and obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in February 2017.
