Bulat Khusainov

Bulat K. is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management and credit analysis. Currently serving as the Head of the Retail Credit Risk Department at TBC UZ since April 2020, Bulat focuses on developing credit products and automating risk reporting with the Data Analytics team. Previous roles include Senior Risk Manager and Key Specialist in various risk management capacities at leading financial institutions, where responsibilities encompassed policy development, regulatory compliance, credit process optimization, and financial performance analysis. Bulat K. holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Tashkent Financial Institute and has additional experience as a Financial Analyst and Consultant across various organizations, including startup environments and governmental finance departments.
