Ana Jikia

Ana Jikia is an experienced Agile Transformation Team Lead and Agile Coach at TBC since May 2017, specializing in promoting agile methodologies and improving Agile maturity within teams. With prior roles as a Product Owner and IT Project Manager, Ana has extensive expertise in project management, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience includes a position as Project Manager/Business Analyst at Georgian Industrial Group Holding, and a decade-long career at Bank Republic Societe Generale Group, where responsibilities encompassed business analysis and application maintenance. Ana holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Management of International Business from Tbilisi State University.
