Jeff Kleinschmidt

Jeff Kleinschmidt possesses extensive leadership experience in various sectors across Latin America, currently serving as VP & GM of TBC de Mexico at TBC Corporation since April 2019. Previously, Jeff held roles including Vice President & GM for the Latin America region at Allegion US, where oversight included managing a $40 million annual sales volume, and General Manager at Carpenter Technology Corp, leading an $80 million specialty steel alloy organization. Earlier career highlights also include a consultancy role at Knoll Furniture Co., managing Goodyear subsidiaries in Chile and Argentina, and serving as Finance Director in multiple Goodyear locations. Jeff holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Political Science/Economics from Miami University.
