Randall Schwabacher

Randall Schwabacher, CPA has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Randall began their career at Macey and Aleman, PC as a Training Manager, where they were responsible for creating statistical reports, overseeing day-to-day operations, and conducting training sessions. Randall then joined Roosevelt University as a Graduate Student, obtaining a Master of Science in Accounting degree.

After completing their education, Schwabacher joined Questar Inc. as a Senior Accountant, where they were responsible for financial statement preparation, cost analysis, treasury optimization, and royalty accounting. Randall then moved on to Federal Signal Corporation, where they held various roles including Senior Accountant and Business Unit Controller. At Federal Signal, their responsibilities included SEC reporting and financial analysis.

Schwabacher also worked at Jetstream of Houston as a Controller and at TBEI, Inc., a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, as Group Controller and Vice President of Finance. In these roles, they played a key role in financial reporting, budget development, and internal control.

Most recently, Schwabacher held the position of Director of Operations at FS Solutions and Vice President of Finance at TBEI, Inc. Randall is currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Federal Signal Corporation, overseeing the finance operations of the Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI) subsidiary.

With their diverse experience in finance and accounting, Schwabacher has developed a strong skill set in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and internal control. Randall is a dedicated and highly experienced CPA.

Randall Schwabacher, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with summa cum laude honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science in Accounting at Roosevelt University from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Randall has acquired several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University, which they obtained in March 2020. Randall is also a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois, having obtained this certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in September 2015. Furthermore, Randall holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting, which was awarded to him in 2012 by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
