Liviu Dragan

Liviu Dragan has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Liviu started their career as an intern at Verlag C.H.BECK oHG in 2012. After that, they worked as a consilier at a specialized law and litigation firm, where they were responsible for maintaining relationships with public institutions and handling enforcement procedures. In 2017, Liviu joined Bancpost as an Ofiter monitorizare for the Serviciul Litigii. Liviu then moved on to Improvement Credit Collection - Grup Banca Transilvania in 2018, where they worked as a Consilier juridic, providing legal advice and managing litigation cases. Currently, Liviu is serving as the Head of Litigation and Insolvency of Natural Persons at tbi bank.

Liviu Dragan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law (Licență în Științe juridice) from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest in the period of 2011-2015.
