Sylvia Argirova

Sylvia Argirova has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Starting in 2004, they worked at Municipal Bank Plc, where they focused on customer relations, negotiations, and financial analysis of projects and corporations. In 2005, they briefly served as the Business Development Director at Financial Consultancy Company Ltd. From 2006 to 2010, Sylvia worked at Global Ratings Plc as a Manager in Analytical Teams, specializing in risk and creditworthiness analyses. Sylvia then joined the Agency for Credit Ratings and Analyses in 2010, continuing their role as Manager Analytical Teams, focusing on risk and creditworthiness analyses of various entities. In 2013, Sylvia briefly worked as the Corporate Planning and Development Manager at BCRA-Agency for credit rating. In 2011, they joined Tokuda Bank as the Head of Credit Risk until 2016. Since 2016, Sylvia has been working at tbi bank, initially as the Head of Regulatory Risk and currently as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management. Their responsibilities at tbi bank include developing and implementing risk management strategies, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance with requirements.

Sylvia Argirova completed their Master's degree in International Economic Relations from Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo between 2002 and 2005.
