Maryana Sukhnatska

Maryana Sukhnatska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Operations Coordinator and Operations Lead for Ukraine at Windmill, Maryana has previously held roles as Operations Officer at Inventify, Founder of MAST event, and Sales Manager at Just Lviv It!. Key competencies include organizational development, HR policy implementation, event management, and strategic project planning. Additional experience includes co-founding Diya-ua.com and leadership roles within AIESEC in Ukraine, where Maryana contributed to national project development and education initiatives. Maryana holds a master’s degree in Psychology of Management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
