Juan José Jarillo

Juan José Jarillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Technology Business Management and IT service management. Currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Advisor at Apptio, an IBM Company, since December 2019, Juan José provides consultative guidance to clients, leading initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. As a Certified Instructor for the TBM Council, Juan José teaches senior IT and finance professionals about the TBM framework. Previous roles include Sr Manager of IT Service Business Management at Blue Shield of California, where Juan José implemented TBM practices, and several senior director positions at Visa that emphasized IT as a collaborative business partner.
