Kimberly Waters is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning over two decades in education, marketing, and event coordination. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of TBM Community Programs at Apptio, an IBM Company, Kimberly leads strategic customer marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Specialist at Knitt, where Kimberly enhanced connections between nonprofits and donors, and Event Coordinator/Chair for the Dake Foundation For Children, managing significant fundraising events. Kimberly's marketing expertise was further developed at Anaplan in field marketing, producing effective regional marketing plans. Kimberly's background in education includes teaching middle school and holding positions in various school districts, complemented by a solid academic foundation with a master's degree in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology from the University at Albany. Additionally, Kimberly co-founded Saratoga Bootcamp, contributing to business development and fitness training, and served as an assistant coach for a collegiate women's lacrosse program at Skidmore College.
