Sara Arceneaux

Sara Arceneaux is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter/Talent Access at T. Baker Smith, a family-owned firm, Sara focuses on finding the right fit for both the company and the community. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter at H&E Equipment Services, Inc. and Engineering Recruiter at UP Professional Solutions, LLC, where Sara managed full recruitment cycles, employee relations, and account management. Earlier roles included Business Development Manager and Recruiter/Account Manager at Swift Worldwide Resources, as well as Admissions Recruiter at the University of New Orleans. Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Louisiana State University.
