Carole Hayard has a diverse work experience in the field of account management and brand management. Carole started their career as an Account Trainee at Publicis Groupe in February 2014 and worked there until June 2014. Carole then joined Leo Burnett Brussels in July 2014 as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for the day-to-day running of Fiat and Fiat Professional Accounts. Carole'sresponsibilities included understanding clients' core business, coordinating creative projects, budget handling, and problem solving. Carole worked at Leo Burnett Brussels until September 2016.
In October 2016, Carole joined These Days as an Account Manager and worked there until January 2019. Carole then moved to Wunderman Antwerp in February 2018, also as an Account Manager, and worked there until January 2019. Currently, they are working at TBWA\Belgium as an Account Manager from January 2019.
Carole Hayard has an extensive education background. Carole completed their Master's degree in Publicité - Communication Commerciale at IHECS from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Étude de la communication et des médias from the same institution, IHECS, between 2009 and 2012. Carole started their education at the Institut de l'Enfant Jésus, where they completed their secondary education, specializing in General studies from 2003 to 2009.
In addition to their degrees, Carole has obtained several certifications. Carole received the European Advertising Certificate from ACC Belgium in June 2016. In May 2013, they earned the Diplôme du JEP from the Jury d'éthique publicitaire. Furthermore, Carole obtained a Certificate in advanced English from CAE Cambridge in June 2009.
