Derek Kie has a strong background in advertising and marketing, with a focus on digital and social media. Derek's career also includes roles at NATIVE VML, where they served as an Account Manager and Project Manager, and at Firewater Interactive as a Project Manager.
Throughout their career, Derek has developed a strong skill set in client relationship management, strategic planning, and project coordination, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
Derek Kie completed their education at two institutions. Derek first attended Glenvista High School, where they matriculated with exemption from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Johannesburg from 1999 to 2002, earning a National Higher Diploma in Industrial Design with a focus on Industrial and Product Design.
