Kirsty Needham has extensive work experience in the digital media industry. Kirsty is currently serving as the Head of Digital at TBWA South Africa since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Hive Digital Media SA as a Sales Manager from September 2020 to July 2022 and as a Digital Specialist from January 2019 to August 2020. Kirsty also held positions at Spark Media SA, Habari Media, Caxton, and Sync_Advertising where they gained experience in various digital roles such as Digital Specialist, Digital Key Account Manager, Cross Channel Sales Executive, and Account Executive.
Kirsty Needham began their education journey in 2006 when they enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Kirsty pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Media, which they successfully completed in 2008.
In 2009, Kirsty attended Vega School, where they focused on Honours Brand Strategy. Kirsty dedicated herself to this program until 2010, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the field.
A few years later, in 2013, Kirsty embarked on a short-term educational experience at Quirk, where they studied Digital Marketing. Although the duration of this program is unknown, it provided their with insights into the digital marketing landscape.
Kirsty's educational journey continued in 2016 when they enrolled at the Red & Yellow School. During their time there, Kirsty pursued a degree in Digital Sales and Strategy.
