Rema Spelman

Rema Spelman currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at TBWA\Worldwide, having transitioned from the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Communications + PR Specialist at GMR Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed global marketing communications and managing social media channels. Rema held the position of Alumnae Ambassador for Phi Sigma Sigma, Inc., and completed an internship in Marketing and Public Relations at United Way of McLean County, focusing on social media management, web design, and content creation. Additionally, Rema served as the President of Phi Sigma Sigma, leading a chapter of 150 members and coordinating multiple fundraising initiatives. Rema holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Illinois State University.
