Chris Minh Doky

Chris Minh Doky is a versatile musician specializing in both upright and electric bass, with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Associated with the Mike Stern band since 1990, Chris Minh Doky has also contributed as a composer and performer for various media, including Danmarks Radio and TV Lorry. As an international artist endorsee for Yamaha and TC Electronic, Chris Minh Doky has been instrumental in promoting notable equipment such as the Silent Bass series and the BB series. Notable projects include composing film scores for "Detective Down" and performing with the Michael Brecker Quartet. Chris Minh Doky completed studies at Sankt Annæ Gymnasium, focusing on music and mathematics.
