Alisa Williams

Alisa Williams has been working in the field of taxation for over 15 years. Alisa began their career at Deloitte in 2006, where they worked as a Tax Manager for Business Tax Services. In 2011, they joined Spectra Energy as a Tax Manager for Income Tax Services. Alisa was with Spectra Energy until 2017, when Enbridge acquired the company. After Enbridge acquired Spectra Energy, Alisa became the Tax Manager for Enbridge. Alisa held this position until December of 2018. In January of 2019, Alisa became the Vice President of Taxation for TC PipeLines.

Alisa Williams earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and taxation from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School. Alisa is also a Certified Public Accountant, having earned their certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
