Shawn Quinn has a solid background in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in culinary operations and management. Shawn currently holds the position of Director of Culinary Operations at Tc4 & Co Hospitality since May 2023. Previously, Shawn served as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Ours F&B from September 2018 to June 2023. Shawn also worked as the Director of Operations at Salsa Limón from May 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, Shawn held the role of Concept Chef at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from January 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Regional Executive Chef at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from August 2010 to 2016.

From 2001 to 2005, Shawn Quinn attended Florida State University, where they studied Economics.
