Mathumitha Chennakesavan has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and software engineering. Mathumitha currently works at TCARE, Inc. as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MENTOR INFOCOMM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Technical Recruiter from October 2019 to August 2022. Before transitioning into the field of recruitment, Mathumitha worked as a Software Engineer at UST Global from July 2011 to July 2013. During their time at UST Global, they were involved in the Safeway-ETL Data Migration Project, where they focused on migrating existing ETL interfaces from IBM Datastage to the Oracle Data integrator (ODI) platform or other technologies as needed.
