Fidel Camero

Fidel Camero has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology and engineering. Fidel started their career at HNU Systems in 1987 as the Manager of Software Engineering, where they rebuilt the software engineering team and designed a new software development and test lab. Fidel then moved to Analogic in 1992 as the Manager of Software Development, where they managed a team of engineers and supervised the development of data acquisition software and libraries.

In 1993, Fidel joined Raytheon as a Senior Engineer and Project Technical Lead, where they created software development guidelines, negotiated contracts for third-party software tools, and designed system architecture for an Antenna Pedestal Test System. Fidel then worked at Speedline Technologies from 1995 to 1999 as a Principal Engineer and Product Manager, overseeing a product overhaul program for surface-mount electronic equipment manufacturing robotic systems.

Fidel joined Tek Microsystems in 1999 as the Director of Custom Products Development, leading a team of engineers and conducting joint seminars with Mercury Computer Systems on TEK products and technology. Fidel then joined Cayman Systems in 2000 as the Director of Engineering, where they organized the software department and developed Layer 3 Integrated Small-Office-Home-Office IP Gateway Devices.

In 2003, Fidel joined XRF Corporation as the Director of Sales and Marketing, identifying new applications for the ICS-4000 radiation detector and directing sales and cold calls. Finally, they worked at Technical Communications Corporation from 2004 onwards as the Worldwide Sales and Business Development Director, responsible for new market identification, product vision and roadmap development, marketing campaign creation, and website transformation.

Throughout their career, Fidel has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a track record of delivering results.

Fidel Camero obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science and Mathematics from Roger Williams University. Fidel pursued this degree from 1979 to 1982.
