Alan Ortega

Alan Ortega has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Alan began their career in 2015 as a Delivery Specialist at Pinkberry Ventures, Inc. Following that, they worked at Macy's as a Men's Fragrances staff member for a brief period. In 2017, they joined Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as a Store Associate before transitioning to a Team Supervisor position at Pooch Hotel. In 2018, they became an Assistant General Manager at LA Fitness and later worked as a Membership Director at TITLE Boxing Club.

In 2020, Alan joined TCC Wireless (T-Mobile) as a T-Mobile Sales Specialist, where they focused on providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining store operations. Alan then moved on to Express Stores, LLC in 2021, working as a Retail Associate Manager, where they continued to deliver exceptional customer experiences, handle sales, and ensure a positive team environment.

Alan Ortega completed their high school education at the High School of Hospitality Management from 2011 to 2015. Alan then pursued further education at Onondaga Community College from 2015 to 2017 and obtained an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
