Joel Parkinson

Joel Parkinson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end-user services and operational support. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Lead for End User Services at TC Energy since November 2013, Joel defines technical direction for a diverse range of end-user devices and leads teams to enhance IS support for field operations. Previous roles include leading operations teams at TC Energy, as well as providing high-level desktop support at CSC and UTC Aerospace Systems, where successful deployments of Windows and Microsoft Office were notable achievements. Joel’s technical expertise encompasses a wide array of hardware and software solutions, including enterprise fleet management, network troubleshooting, and emergency on-call support. Education includes studies at Sheridan College and Oakville Trafalgar High School.
