Jim DiCicco's work experience includes working as a Territory Manager at Brown And Williamson from May 2003 to August 2004. Jim was then employed at TCN, Inc. / Global Connect as a Technical Operations Manager/SRO starting from December 2004. In this role, Jim was responsible for ensuring application up-time, system stability, and improving the client experience.
