Jim Dicicco

Jim DiCicco's work experience includes working as a Territory Manager at Brown And Williamson from May 2003 to August 2004. Jim was then employed at TCN, Inc. / Global Connect as a Technical Operations Manager/SRO starting from December 2004. In this role, Jim was responsible for ensuring application up-time, system stability, and improving the client experience. Jim collaborated with developers to create new features and enhancements for the application and worked closely with the business team and account management to meet client needs.
