Joshua Block

Joshua Block has extensive experience in program and operations management, with a focus on defense and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Manager Operations PSS-T at TCOM, L.P. since July 2019, Joshua Block oversees program management for the Persistent Surveillance Systems-Tethered program, ensuring contract compliance and financial oversight. Previously, Joshua Block held roles such as Logistics Manager at Vology, where responsibility included managing logistics for client programs, and President at Luminary Deployment, offering tailored pre-deployment services. Joshua Block also served as Project Manager and Deployment Manager at Technology and Supply Management LLC, managing teams and budgets to support military operations. Early in Joshua Block's career, service as Training NCO/Sergeant in the US Army involved developing training plans for military personnel. Education includes studies at St. Petersburg College from 2017 to 2021 and CT State Tunxis from 2010 to 2011.
