Mpm James Catteau

James Catteau, MPM, CIPM, currently serves as Manager of Elizabeth City Operations at TCOM, L.P., a position held since January 2022, after taking on roles including Manufacturing Manager and Operations Program Manager. Prior to this, James accumulated extensive experience at Naval Reactors from September 2004 to February 2022, holding positions such as Executive Officer Ashore, Operations Manager, and Program Manager for Aircraft Carrier Construction and Overhaul. James began a career in the U.S. Navy from 1998 to 2004, where responsibilities included Reactor Mechanical Technical Assistant and High Risk Evolution Project Officer. Academically, James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Capella University between 2011 and 2014.
