As a Services Team Lead will: 

  • Report directly to the Assistant Services Manager to assist and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists and Project Managers 
  • Conduct audits/quality checks on projects and coach team on feedback 
  • Serve as first point of escalation for customers and employees 
  • Carries out administrative tasks such as project creation and reporting 
  • Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. 
  • Oversee day-to-day operations 
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor 
  • Expert Knowledge equivalent of a Senior Implementation Specialist and Project Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics 
  •  Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture 
  • Setting clear team goals 
  • Conducts self in alignment with TCP Software Core Values 
  • Advanced Issue Troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Strong ability to prioritize workload and escalations

  • Provide support in people development 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight and weekends.  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, cloud-based software solutions (SaaS), and networking a plus.
