Arslan Khalid

Arslan Khalid has a diverse work experience in the technology and customer support industry. Arslan began their career in 2014 with i2c Inc. as a Customer Service Representative in Card Processing, where they served until 2018. In 2018, they joined Concentrix as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and worked there until 2021. In the same year, Arslan joined i2c Inc. again, but this time as a Client Service Representative, and their tenure lasted until November 2021. Currently, they are employed at TCP Software, starting in October 2021, initially as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and then as a Senior Technical Support Specialist from October 2021 to June 2023.

Arslan Khalid attended the University of the Punjab from 2012 to 2014. Arslan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Bachelor in Arts during this time.
