Account Executive Team Lead at TCP Software

Dillon DiMartino has a diverse range of work experience. Dillon began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative/Inbound Salesperson at Sitel, where they worked until 2012. Dillon then moved on to a managerial role at Sitel, where they serviced customers in the Financial Services industry, managed staffing and attendance, mentored new employees, and resolved conflicts. From 2015 to 2016, Dillon worked as a Private/Public Sector Sales Account Manager, building customer relationships and selling time and attendance solutions to small and mid-size businesses. Dillon then became a Public Sector Regional Sales Manager, focusing on providing time and attendance products to public sector entities in the four corners region. In 2017, Dillon transitioned to a Mid-Market Account Executive role, first in public sector sales and then in commercial and SLED markets. Dillon specialized in selling to SMBs and major markets globally. Dillon continued to excel in their sales role, becoming a Mid-Market Account Executive for TCP Software in 2019, where they focused on global sales in the commercial and SLED markets. Dillon held this role until 2021, when they took on the role of Mid-Market Account Executive, specializing in the Midwest territories, for the same company.

Dillon DiMartino attended Howard College from 2010 to 2012. Their degree and field of study during that time are unknown. Prior to college, Dillon DiMartino completed their high school education at Sterling City High School.

In terms of additional certifications, Dillon DiMartino obtained a certification in GAP Selling from TCP Software in May 2023. Dillon also obtained a Sales Certified - Selling Through Curiosity certification from TCP Software in January 2018.
