Hristina Milenkovic

Hristina Milenkovic has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Hristina currently holds the position of HR Manager at TCP Software, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruitment & People Development Specialist at TCP Software from December 2020 until their current role.

Before joining TCP Software, Hristina worked at Humanity in 2020 as a Recruitment & People Development Specialist. Additionally, in 2019, they started their career at Humanity as a Junior Recruitment Assistant. Throughout their roles, they gained experience in recruitment and workforce management.

Hristina Milenkovic completed their education from 2014 to 2018 at the Faculty of Philosophy, University in Belgrade, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology. Additionally, in April 2021, they obtained a certification as a Recruitment Academy Certified Sourcer from the Recruitment Academy.
