Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TCS World Travel since September 2023, Raphael has held various leadership roles within the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Hotel Manager and Director of Rooms and Residences. Raphael's career spans over two decades, with significant positions at renowned establishments such as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and The Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge, where responsibilities included overseeing housekeeping and front office operations. Raphael holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management and an Associate degree in Hotel Management from Johnson and Wales University.
