Scott Wiitala

Scott Wiitala currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at TCS World Travel, a position held since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the employee experience and aligning with executive leadership. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Director of People and Culture and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from January 2014 to November 2022, and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hilton Waikoloa Village from August 2010 to January 2014. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Hotel Max Seattle and Director of Operations at Renaissance Hotels and Hilton. Scott Wiitala earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Pacific Lutheran University between 1993 and 1997.
