Arunjyoti Baishya

Arunjyoti Baishya has extensive experience in statutory compliance and industrial relations at Tata Consultancy Services since May 2011, holding roles such as Compliance Officer, HR Manager for Talent Development, and Project Management Officer. Prior to this, Arunjyoti worked as an Associate Software Engineer from December 2006 to June 2009, focusing on providing solutions for real-time issues within over 35 R&D applications. Arunjyoti holds an MBA in Operations and Human Resource Management from the Assam Institute of Management, a Master of Science in Statistics from Gauhati University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science, along with a Diploma in Labour Laws from Annamalai University.
