Gayatri Sundaram

Gayatri Sundaram possesses extensive experience in human resource management and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Overseas Hiring and Digital Transformation Practice at Tata Consultancy Services since May 2014. Previously held positions include Deputy Head of the Global Sourcing Group and Sourcing Lead for APAC & MEA within the same organization. Prior experience includes work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ariston Tek Inc and a Resource Manager at US Tech Solutions. Gayatri began the career at Tata Consultancy Services as an HR Executive and also contributed to social work as a Social Worker at ASHA, an NGO. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work specializing in Human Resources Management from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ethiraj College for Women.
