Ian Whitford

Ian Whitford currently serves as Partner - Innovation and Consultancy Services at Tata Consultancy Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ian was the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for North America at R2 Factory from March 2022 to May 2023. Ian's extensive experience at Rolls-Royce from February 2013 to March 2022 includes positions such as Chief Operations Officer for R² Data Labs, President of visiumKMS, Head of Digital Operations (North America), and Senior Operations Manager. Additionally, Ian worked at International Aero Engines as Data Management Director from September 2010 to February 2013 and held the role of Services Data Manager at Rolls-Royce from September 2007 to September 2010. Ian began a career at Data Systems and Solutions as Team Lead / Software Developer from January 2001 to September 2007. Ian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering from Nottingham Trent University (2001-2004).
