John Hunter

John Hunter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and consulting, currently serving as the OCM UK & Europe Practice Lead Partner at Tata Consultancy Services since September 2019. Hunter has successfully led the European practice, achieving $11 million in income and restructuring the practice towards a consulting-led sales model. Previously, as Managing Director at Veritive Consulting Ltd., Hunter launched new consulting practices and developed client portfolios. Additional roles include Transformation Strategist at HP Enterprise Services and various leadership positions at EDS Consulting Services, KPMG Advisory, Siemens, Bull, SEMA Group PLC, and RS Components. John Hunter holds an MA in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University, a B.A. from the University of Chichester, and a CIPD qualification from the University of East London.
