Kumar Amitesh

Kumar Amitesh has over two decades of experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Head of GenAI and Google Business Unit for the Americas at Tata Consultancy Services since January 2008. In this role, Kumar leads GenAI initiatives and oversees sales, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market strategies in Data, AI, and business solutions. Previously, Kumar held positions as the Global Head of A&I Sales/Solutions and the Americas P&L, along with leading the Analytics and Business Process Services for North America. Prior to joining Tata Consultancy Services, Kumar worked at Wipro Technologies as the Growth Head for Analytics and BPO across ANZ/APAC regions and in key industries. Kumar's career began at HCL Technologies in a marketing role. Education includes an Executive Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology.
