Nesma Mohammed

Nesma Mohammed is a PMO - Human Resource and Operations Lead with six years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Previously, Nesma worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Program Management Office Lead, where they provided insights for workforce planning and enhanced employee engagement. They also held the role of Project Intern at Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited, where they contributed to recruitment efforts and created dashboards using Power BI. Nesma earned their MBA in Human Resource from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kerala. Currently, they are upskilling in Payroll, focusing on the Workday Payroll module and Indian compliance.
