Nithya K has over 15 years of experience in human resources, having worked in various roles across multiple companies. Starting as an HR Executive at Krownos in 2008, Nithya progressed to HR Grade II at Shriram Value Services, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and managing recruitment processes. Following a position in Talent Acquisition at Matrimony.com Limited, Nithya served as Senior Executive HR at Sun TV Network Limited from June 2017 to February 2023. Currently, Nithya occupies the role of Resources Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing resource utilization across multiple accounts in India and maintaining resource allocation records.
