Anthony Cahill

Anthony joined TCV in 2021. He is responsible for advising and guiding deal teams through all phases of the investment lifecycle, including investments, portfolio matters and exits, and a variety of other legal and operational functions.

Prior to joining TCV, Anthony was counsel in the private equity group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he advised investors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, growth equity investments and other strategic transactions. Prior to Weil, Anthony was an associate in the business and technology and private equity group at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP and before that, as counsel at Telerik, Inc. (acquired by Progress Software).
