Ric Fenton

Ric Fenton is a General Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures, where Ric serves as Chief of Investment Operations and Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining TCV, Ric worked as an Attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where Ric advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters. Ric has a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
