Hiroshi Suwabe

Mr. Suwabe joined TCW in 2017 and is Head of Institutional Sales - Japan. He was previously a Senior Portfolio Manager for fixed income products at AlllianceBernstein where he was responsible for managing client portfolios and developing fixed income business for institutional clients and investment managers. Prior to that, he led the Product Development department of BNP Paribas Investment Partners. He also worked for Mizuho Securities where he was in charge of the business development of investment strategies, including alternative investments, for financial institutions. Earlier in his career, he engaged in proprietary trading of fixed income and currencies. Mr. Suwabe received a BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan.
