Barry Baird possesses extensive experience in customer experience and payments capabilities across various leading companies. As the Head of Payments Capability & Delivery at TD and former Head of Customer Experience, Barry has demonstrated strong leadership in the financial sector. Prior roles include Senior Director at PayPal overseeing the PMO, COS, and Credit Card Program, Director of Voice of Customer/CX at eBay, SVP Customer Experience at Bank of America, and First Vice President of Product Development at MBNA. Barry holds an MBA in Business from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech.
