Diane McCarthy

Diane McCarthy is an experienced information security professional currently serving as an Information Security Specialist at TD since July 2024, where Diane executes project initiatives for cybersecurity, GRC, and resiliency programs. Previously, Diane held the position of Director of Security Advisory at Carbide, advising clients on cybersecurity best practices and privacy laws. At VisibleRisk, a BitSight company, Diane contributed as Assistant Director, leading the development of a cybersecurity quantification risk rating platform. Diane's prior experience includes working as a Manager in Security and Privacy at PwC, where leadership in privacy and security initiatives was demonstrated, along with a role as Risk Management Specialist at TIAA, where a risk assessment program was designed. Diane began her career as an Information Security Officer at Wells Fargo, focusing on security assessments and vendor program management. Diane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/Network Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Applied Science from the College of DuPage.
