Lynn Whitehead CRM, CIP, ACIP, serves as the Director of Environment, Government & Industry Relations at TD Insurance, where Lynn has been since February 2006, and is responsible for managing a team of inter-jurisdictional personal lines special risk team leaders and senior underwriters. Lynn is accountable for approving complex and exceptional risks and overseeing department governance to achieve key metrics and consumer experience objectives. Additional leadership roles include Board Chair of the Special Events Committee at the Insurance Institute of Canada and Committee Chair for Alberta at the Insurance Bureau of Canada. Previously, Lynn held positions such as New Business Sales Manager at TD Insurance and Licensed Insurance Representative at The Co-operators. Lynn's academic credentials include an ACIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, a Canadian Risk Management designation from the University of Toronto, and a Chartered Insurance Professional designation (Honours) from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
