Shelley R. Sylva

Shelley R. Sylva serves as the Head of U.S. Corporate Citizenship and SVP of Social Impact at TD, leading the bank's Corporate and Social Responsibility strategy through the TD Ready Commitment. With extensive experience in legal operations and governance, Sylva has previously held key roles including Director of External Counsel and Knowledge Management, as well as VP/Senior Manager within the TDBNA Legal Department. Sylva's prior experience includes positions at the Philadelphia Housing Authority, advancing from Chief of Staff to Assistant Executive Director, managing operational strategies and compliance, and providing legal support.
