Tara John

Tara John is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Head of HR for TD and U.S. Commercial Banking since February 2022, Tara previously held the position of VP, Talent Management at Manulife from June 2020 to February 2022. Tara's long tenure at BMO Financial Group from 1997 to June 2020 included various leadership roles, notably Head of Succession Planning and Leadership Staffing, as well as Head of Talent, Inclusion and Learning for the U.S. Tara holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a BA in Business Management from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
